This site is not the service agreement

This website describes our point‑of‑sale software and payment acceptance services. It is marketing material, not an offer or a contract to provide those services. If you become a customer, a separate written merchant agreement — together with the terms of our payment facilitation partner and its sponsoring bank — governs the services, the pricing that applies to you, and the obligations of each party. Where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement controls.

Rates, prices, and savings figures shown on this site, including anything produced by the calculators, are illustrative estimates based on the inputs given. They are not quotes and they are not guarantees. Actual costs depend on your card mix, ticket size, volume, industry, underwriting, and the terms of your signed agreement.

Acceptable use

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or any connected network;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, including by scraping at a volume that degrades it, or by probing, scanning, or testing its security without our written permission;

You are responsible for what you send us through the contact form or by email, and you confirm you have the right to send it.
