This policy explains what American Dream Pay LLC (“American Dream Pay,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit americandreampay.us and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Information we handle as a service provider for merchants who use our point‑of‑sale software or payment acceptance services is governed by the agreement with that merchant, not by this policy.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us, and very little else:

• Contact form. When you submit the form on this site we receive your name, business name, phone number, how you take payments, and anything you write in the message field.
• Email you send us. If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive whatever is in that message and any attachments, such as a processing statement you send for a rate comparison.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary request data — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — as part of serving and protecting the site.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers. Please do not send them through the contact form.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, prepare a pricing comparison if you asked for one, and follow up about becoming a customer. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Service providers

A few vendors process this information on our behalf, under their own terms, and only to provide their service to us:

• Formspree — receives and relays contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site, provides DNS and security, and forwards email sent to our @americandreampay.us addresses.
• Google — hosts the mailbox that receives our email, and serves the web fonts this site loads.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the security of our systems.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third‑party tracking scripts. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie for security and performance. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. Your browser's colour‑scheme preference is read locally and is not transmitted to us.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry, and then delete or archive them. Server logs are retained on our provider's standard schedule.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and our providers apply their own safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top.
